I have been having the same issues. I've worked from home before (prior to Feb 2020) and never had any issue. My work VPN will drop at least every couple hours. I have to restart my computer to get connection again, just for it to drop again. I have called my work IT department. Apr 02, 2012 · I connect, the connection is established after 3..4 attempts and then it suddenly drops with "trying to contact vpn server" .. vpn remains connected but no intranet traffic goes through at all. Sometimes after that the connection is re-established and I get "vpn connection restored using wifi", or the connection just drops and I have to reconnect.
